Minseo Kwon is a graduate student at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, pursuing an MFA in Film and Television Production, continuing from a BFA in Media Art Production from Emerson College.
She is passionate about directing, producing, and editing. Minseo creates films that explore social phenomena through emotionally resonant and thought-provoking storytelling.
Her recent producing credits include Damascene Yasmine (USC Thesis), TORi (USC Thesis, Line Producer), and PLUTO (USC Thesis, Producer). She has also worked as a script supervisor in USC CTPR 546 production and the Sloan Grants Project STEM to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments.
Beyond filmmaking, Minseo is expanding her understanding of the entertainment industry’s future by enrolling in courses such as CNTV 523 Feature Film Financing and CNTV 524 Digital Technologies and the Entertainment Industry, focusing on the intersection of AI, technology, and filmmaking.
